The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Amenities were great, view was fabulous. easy beach access. Loved the recliners. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again!

Only issue was the code not working when we got there, had to get a back-up code. We loved having the recliners, instead of a sofa. Just a suggustion for the shower, maybe install a handheld showerhead, since there is a seat to sit on.
