I loved the location right by the wall and how new the whole building was. Nice coffee provided in the morning. Nice space, nice bathroom.
The mattress and pillows are quite uncomfortable, I would upgrade those if possible. My room was on the ground floor right on the street so I didn't feel safe opening the windows to get fresh air while people walked right next to the windows. If windows were closed the room would be too warm. I wouldn't know how to fix this issue though!

Modern facilities, clean, close to a train station though need at least 30~40 minutes to get to the center including walk to the train. Great kitchen. Comfortable bad.
The pillows were not comfortable, there was a leak in the bathroom and nothing was done, the code to the building given to me was wrong and I almost ended up locked outside at the middle of the night. No one from arbio helped me they just stopped texting me at some point, the doorman told me the correct code not arbio. Most of the conversation is with an AI which is not helpful.
