I loved everything about this villa. It was like staying in someone’s home and we had everything we needed. I loved the thoughtful touches, like cotton buds and cotton pads in the bathroom. The en-suite bathroom was very new and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The villa was absolutely huge and the outside space was amazing. Obviously, the view was breathtaking. We were lucky enough to see two deer emerge from the woods and run out in front of us. Loved everything!
There was nothing I didn’t like. Nothing to do with the villa, but be prepared for the mosquitoes when outside. They were relentless.

The house is absolutely magnificent. It has different floors, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. We stayed with 5 people, and there even was a room we didn't need. Everything you need is available to you. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker and so on. Airconditioning and/or fans in the bedrooms (and living rooms). We were here in July, when it was 35 Celsius, and inside the house it was wonderfully cool. But the big eyecatcher is obviously the unbelievable view. The garden itself is very nice, you can sit (and eat!) in front of the house as well. There is a very comfy hammock at the back. And you can sit on the terrace, which has a table where you can eat and enjoy the ridicously beautiful countryside of Emilia Romagna. Supermarkets, shops and those things are a 10-minute drive away. Communication with your host, Francesca, is very easy and in good spirits. Quick reactions and very very helpful. We have travelled quite a lot, but this house is easily in our top 5 accomodations we've ever visited. Don't think any longer, you don't want to miss this!
Absolutely nothing at all.

Location of the villa is very nice with a very nice view. Close to the road leading to Bertinoro and Cesena. Perfect if you want to explore surounding area or you want to go on a road/mountain biking trip. We really enjoyed the outside terrace for dinners and lunches.
Some main points of improvement. 1) Kitchen is OK but lacks some basic basic things like unscratched pan as well as oven; 2) One of the two bathrooms (the non en-suite bathroom) needs some renovation; 3) The surrounding area is full of vineries and olive oil producers. It would have been nice to receive some information from the host (e.g. with a map and description) about these locations, it would have saved us some time. Additional remarks: keep in mind that while you will be not sharing the house with anyone else, you will share the gated area house is in with another person. This need not be a problem, but good to know in advance. Finally, for visitors with small kids the house is not the most child-proof while the location of rooms is not ideal, as one of the master bedrooms is located further from the bathroom and small bedrooms that can be used for kids to sleep in. Small bedrooms (unlike the master bedrooms) do not have AC in there.
