Beautiful beach house right next to the Adriatic Sea. Beautifully decorated! Lots of playgrounds right outside for our 3 year old child. The owner was very helpful with parking instructions and restaurant recommendations. We had everything we needed for a few day stay: fridge, stove, washing machine, drying rack outside, hot radiator in the bathrooms to dry clothes, etc.
We loved staying here, so relaxing. Highly recommend!The property looks Probably even better in person than pictures can show. You can see the sea from the door/windows. We stayed in the beginning of April so couldn’t swim.
We found great seafood restaurant about few minute drive.
Bigger Grocery store was about 10 minute drive.
San Marino is 50 minute drive - highly recommend to visit!
Very strong fresh smell of artificial scent. Couldn’t really open the door/window because there was a very strong wind one day. Otherwise loved the property.

Check in hat super geklappt , Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und Gastgeber sehr freundlich.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön.
Hat uns zur Begrüßung einen selbstgemachten Kuchen mitgebracht.
Das einzige was ich weniger gut gefunden habe war der enge Parkplatz.

Ein modernes neues Appartement mit allem, was man sich wünscht und ggf noch mehr. Stilvoll, sauber und vor allem in perfekter Lage DIREKT am Strand, aber auch in kurzer Laufnähe in Zentrum Bellaria mit geschäftigem Leben dort. Ideal zum Bummeln tagsüber und abends, viele Lokale, Eisdielen, Veranstaltungen und Unterhaltung.
