VILLA LE AGAVI Luxory Beach Surfhouse

Fronte mare, bellissima struttura recentemente ristrutturata. Filippo cordiale e i suoi genitori persone davvero deliziose, la signora mi ha raccontato un po’ la storia del posto e ho gradito molto. Comodissimo il giardino di sabbia con tavolo sedie e sdraio, tutto delimitato da staccionata e cancello. Letto comodo e arredi davvero ricercati. Perfetto anche per chi viaggia con il proprio cane.

É giustamente ad una media di prezzo più alta, mi aspettavo solo qualcosa di più nel kit benvenuto. C’é una lavatrice e sarebbe comodo che venisse messa a disposizione giusto qualche pods o un pochino di detersivo, per quel prezzo se faccio 3 notti mi aspetto di non doverlo andare a comprare. Anche il kit bagno molto modesto. Le spugne per i piatti sarebbero da lasciare nuove e non già utilizzate da tempo. La cappa non ha funzionato per tutto il soggiorno e quando abbiamo fatto notare al proprietario alcune piccolezze (con tutta la cortesia del caso) é sembrato davvero scocciato. Devo dire che il padre al contrario si é mostrato davvero cortese e amichevole. Penso comunque che lo terrò in considerazione nuovamente, perché di casette così in riviera ce ne sono poche.

Es war traumhaft, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Hunde sind dort mehr als willkommen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Strand direkt vor der Nase. Die Kinder haben oben ihre Privatsphäre und können separat und ohne die Eltern chillen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder !

Der Sand vor der Haustüre, wenn der Hund nass rein und rausrennt, ist Gewöhnungssache, aber sonst keine negativen Erfahrungen

Beautiful beach house right next to the Adriatic Sea. Beautifully decorated! Lots of playgrounds right outside for our 3 year old child. The owner was very helpful with parking instructions and restaurant recommendations. We had everything we needed for a few day stay: fridge, stove, washing machine, drying rack outside, hot radiator in the bathrooms to dry clothes, etc. We loved staying here, so relaxing. Highly recommend!The property looks Probably even better in person than pictures can show. You can see the sea from the door/windows. We stayed in the beginning of April so couldn’t swim. We found great seafood restaurant about few minute drive. Bigger Grocery store was about 10 minute drive. San Marino is 50 minute drive - highly recommend to visit!

Very strong fresh smell of artificial scent. Couldn’t really open the door/window because there was a very strong wind one day. Otherwise loved the property.
