In addition to the beautifully updated interior, you are minutes away from the most popular restaurants & bars the Space Coast has to offer. Looking for a day trip to the theme parks? Hop in your car as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are a short 60 minute drive west.
The Space:
This locally owned property has plenty of space for the entire family or a group of friends looking for plenty of beds!
Walk-into the well lit family room furnished with a comfortable sofa (with a pullout couch) and loveseat. This is the perfect place to throw on your favorite show and unwind after a fun day at the beach. The completely remodeled kitchen comes with brand new stainless steal appliances, including a gas stove, coffee makers, and plenty of countertop space!
Rather kick up your feet and enjoy a cold cocktail or a family meal outside? This property comes with a large outdoor patio that is covered with plenty of seating and flat screen television.
When it's time to catch some sleep, enjoy one of the five beds tucked away in the back of the property to give you the peace and quiet you want.

Cocoa Beach is a family-friendly beach town on Florida's Space Coast. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.
Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Shops, restaurants, and bars are a short walk in every direction. Located off of A1A in the heart of Cocoa Beach. (Orlando is just 60 min away)

We enjoyed our family vacation at your house. This house had anlmost everything and even more than we expected to make our stay perfect! There was only one thing this house had missing and that was a grill!

If you make a quick judgement on exterior photos you might miss just how nice this place is. WOW! Gorgeous! Location is ideal. I have stayed beachfront in Cocoa Beach and it was further to the beach than this place. Also short walk to what little night life Cocoa Beach has to offer. Nicely decorated, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice outdoor lounging area, and equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. The only negative comment would be parking area. If you are in doubt BOOK IT. You won’t be sorry.

The house was beautiful. The beach equipment was old and broken, however as I called the company they immediately took care of this problem. Internet went out and the owners took care of this problem. Communication was fabulous, the location was great, the entire family had a great time. Would definitely recommend to stay there, and would like to rebook another vacation this house!!!!!

We booked this online for a quick trip to the beach while visiting Florida. The VRBO listing showed a pretty pristine place and for the price we thought it would be too. On first arriving things seemed ok. Went to look at the outside area and was sadly let down. Did not look quite like the pictures. There were stains on all the furniture in the living areas. The outdoor trash can was full and swarming with nats and smelled awful. The master bath upstairs smelled of urine, especially the shower. There were dead bugs in the shower too. However, the beds were comfy and once we figured out the thermostats we could rest comfortably. The internet did not work the entire second day which really made it inconvenient for us when we were planning on a movie night with the kiddos. However, the kitchen stove and oven were really nice, and you couldn’t beat the location. However next time I think we will save some cash and go to the Hampton or Hilton for the price.
