Our bedrooms are small, but mighty. They each have reading lights, convenient places to charge your devices, blackout curtains, closets with space for one piece of luggage, and hanging shelves to tuck clothes away.
There is a Blink doorbell camera at the entrance. No cameras are in the interior space.
No parties. This is our family home.

John and I were headed to the Fryeburg Fair and needed an overnight. We would rather rent a cabin then a motel/hotel. The cabin was very cozy, comfortable and clean. For me, the 10:00 departure made for a rush to get out in time. But, overall 5 stars!

The house was far better than the listing would allow. Charming retro white mountain chalet on the outside and thoroughly modernized and cozy on the inside. The decorations were impeccable.
This house was the prefect respite for my family on a 19 day tour of New England. The house was perfectly tucked away in the woods with no view of neighboring properties. Enchantingly peaceful with only the sound of nature to lull us into a perfect sleep on the exceptionally comfortable beds.
We stayed here at the end of July with 88 degree days. The listing states that the house has partial ac, but the portable ac in the upstairs and another one downstairs was more than enough to keep the house comfortable. We keep our home at 68 degrees durring the summer, and we had no problem.
Kaitlyn was incredibly easy to work with and made us feel like an old family friend staying in her personal home. She really did think of everything. Even tons of boardgames and a huge tote of legos (my kids were enthralled)
Before we arrived we'd read the estonishingly thorough instruction booklet (slightly thinking it was a little overkill), but it was incredibly helpful. She leaves inconspicuous notes around the house explaining how everything works. They really were very helpful. She checked in on us via the vrbo ap upon arrival, making sure we had everything we needed and gave quick responses to every question without being intrusive. We couldn't have asked for a better host!
