The views were very good, as advertised and the location is excellent for the many mountain adventures we undertook. We are repeat customers for this general area.
We had several days of rain, but even the views of the clouds were nice.
The beds were mostly OK and the central heating worked well on the upper two floors -- it was cold downstairs and there was a space heater to use.
We had several maintenance issues which were promptly reported to Vacasa -- they accepted the reports and then did exactly nothing. This included a toilet that wouldn't stop running, and ran all night.
We cooked meals often and found the pans etc. to be OK. The ceramic stovetop was dirty when we arrived and despite us cleaning it many times with the supplied cleaner, it had improved just a bit over our week long stay. The grill shown in the photos was not there, and we had hoped to use it. Vacasa said they would get a replacement, but they did not.
The Fire TV interface did not work for casting most of our programs or music. The TV and audio were good when they worked.
Some of the bedrooms including the master had no hanging space for clothes. Also there were no chairs except in the dining area. So there were 2 desks, but no chairs to use for them. The living room had one sofa which was comfortable, but no other seating. The one other bench there was broken so that it couldn't be used. We had only 3 people, so this mostly worked, but I don't think it would work for a larger group.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was great! Plenty of room for 7 of us. Location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

it exceeded all my expectations. The home was very spacious, providing ample room for everyone with plenty of beds, all of which were super comfy. The couches were also extremely cozy, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, making meal preparation a breeze.
What truly set this rental apart were the unbeatable views. Waking up to see Mount Washington and Carter Ridge right from the windows was simply breathtaking. The location was perfect—just a short distance from Attitash and conveniently close to the nearby downtown area.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This rental truly made our trip unforgettable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
