3 Bears Glen- Ski 4 mountains in less than 20 minutes

Welcome to Three Bears Glen! Three Bears Glen is a cozy condo nestled in the heart of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Our 2 bedroom first floor end unit condo is located across the street from Storyland & Living Shores Aquarium. We are just a 4 mile drive from the base of Attitash and you can be to Cranmore, Wildcat & Black Mountain for skiing in less than 20 minutes. A perfect location for leaf peeping , hiking and shopping. Three Bears Glen features a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, games, washer/dryer, & patio seating. Located on Linderhof Golf Course the resort features golf, tennis & outdoor pool (seasonal), all resort amenities available for an additional fee. We also have access to an indoor pool just a few miles away, available for an additional fee. Air Conditioning will be available starting mid May. We do have portable fans available year round.

Primary Bedroom -Enjoy the Queen memory foam bed with a desk and chair. Blackout curtains allow guests to sleep in. Sliding door off the bedroom leads to the private backyard space with ample seating for dining outside or relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

Bunkroom - The bunk room has a full size bed with a memory foam mattress. A timber twin over twin bunk bed is also in the room. A pack n' play with kids books and toys is available for children's entertainment. We also have a white noise machine for your use.

Living room - Come and relax after a busy day on the slopes, hiking, shopping, or visiting Story Land. You will find a couch, futon, chair and a large coffee table perfect for board games, puzzles or just putting your feet up to relax. A Roku enabled tv allows you to view your favorite shows or movies.

Kitchen - We have the dishes, utensils, pots and pans all you need to do is bring the food. You will find some basic spices, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, and hand soap all for your use. The kitchen also features a newer fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We have a Ninja coffee maker which has a coffee grinder attached for brewing the perfect cup. Also we have a blender for mixing up your favorite smoothie or adult beverage. For the kids we also have kid friendly plates, cup, bowls and utensils. A highchair is also available for your use. You can choose to dine at our kitchen counter which seats 4 or we have a dining table that seats 4 or 6 when used with folding chairs located in closet.
Bathroom - Our bathroom has a tub shower combination. All towels are provided for you. We also have starter toiletries for your use.

Laundry - The condo has it's very own washer and dryer. We do provide laundry detergent for you during your stay.

Backyard - The serene backyard boasts a table and chairs that seat 6. The yard is tree lined across the back. Perfect for kids to run around or play a game of cornhole. You will also find a small charcoal Weber grill for your use.

Pool - Linderhof Country Club features an outdoor seasonal pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is a fee to use the pool.

Amenities abound here at Linderhof! You have access to the Linderhof Country Club for a fee see below. It is a 9 hole executive golf course. There are also tennis courts also available for a small fee. There is a fun playground for the kids located near the country club clubhouse.

Guest access
While staying at Three Bears Glen you will have sole access to the condo with keyless entry. You will receive a personalized security code that is only valid during your stay. There are 2 parking spaces for your use. The backyard and patio table behind the condo are all yours so enjoy the tree lined space and fresh mountain air.

For the additional fee of $10 a day per person per day you can play as many rounds of golf as you would like on the 9 hole executive golf course. As well as have access to the tennis courts, club bar/restaurant and playground. The outdoor seasonal pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) is $20 per family/day. A 3 Day Family pass is $35 or a 7 Day Family pass is $55.
