Cedars is a beloved choice among guests, whether they stay for three nights or an entire month. This cottage feels most like “home” as it was once the residence of the property owner during his childhood. The beach is a 2 minute walk as is a morning coffee shop, gorgeous sunsets, and eateries. The quaint Village of Ephraim is a 10 minute walk along Eagle Harbor where people kayak, sail, fish, swim, and gaze at all the beauty God created in gorgeous Door County.

The cottage was great. There was a lovely little welcome basket with Door County coffee and makings for s'mores (too cold & rainy for the fire pit).
Since we came with our yellow lab, the entrance was a "mud room" which worked as a place to feed her and drop our shoes, her leash, etc.
The bathroom is very small and could use a fan, but the place is a cottage, so we were not expecting anything huge. Other than that, the bed was a comfy king size and the rest of the place was veery comfortable...and clean. That is very important to me, so for an older place, I was thrilled!
The owners were wonderful to deal with and I just wish that we had met them before we left.
