The property is lovely...easy parking, beautiful front yard, screened front porch with water view, comfortable living spaces, bright kitchen with adjacent back patio. We loved our location and easily accessed 3 state parks during our stay. We will definitely return.

This property was even better than described and pictured! This is my third booking with Evolve and none of the properties has ever disappointed. It was immaculate, secure, very nicely updated and decorated. The beds and furniture were all comfortable, plenty of parking, etc. We loved the gas fireplace and the heated floors! Florida girls are not used to such temps! We drove all over the peninsula during our stay and all agreed that there was no better place to have a home base than Ephraim. I don't know if the description mentions this, but it was right across the road from the Bay. Beautiful sunsets!

My wife, brother and sister-in-law all stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights. My guess is it was recently renovated and it was very well done. The home delivered everything as advertised and we all would stay here again anytime. Beds were comfy, floors were heated, fireplace worked great, outside gas grill was awesome and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Great location in Ephraim with awesome views of the lake from a beautiful covered and screened porch. We loved this home!
