About this cottage rental
Welcome to Collings Summer House, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! You'll be in the heart of Ephraim while staying at this adorable cottage within walking distance to beaches, shopping, restaurants and recreation activities! Located right on Water Street across from Eagle Harbor, you'll be in the center of the action, yet feel worlds away in your peaceful retreat! Sleeps up to 4 with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a pullout couch in the main living area. Enjoy reading a book in the sunshine on the outdoor patio.
Well-behaved dogs are allowed. There is an additional fee collected at booking (maximum of 2 small dogs or 1 large dog). The cottage is small so active dogs may have a hard time in the small space.

• 5-minute walk to Wilson's Retaurant and the marina.
• There are areas to lounge outdoors and a shared gas grill with the neighboring cottage, Collings Summer House.
• 3-minute walk to the beach
• Short drive to Peninsula State Park
• Less than 10 minutes drive to Fish Creek and Sister Bay and less than 15 minute drive to Bailey's Harbor
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

First time using VRBO. It was an excellent experience! Very clean, well stocked, wonderful location. We will definitely use VRBO again. We wish we had planned more days in Door County as there is alot to do.

Cute cabin in a great location! We enjoyed our stay. It was nice that there were games for us and books to read to our baby.

Our stay was okay. We loved the walkable area, beach, view from the front yard and access to area attractions.
The house smelled mildewy when we arrived. We opened windows and turned on ceiling fans which seemed to help.
The pillows smelled very bad. We sis switch out with the spare pillows which did help.
We would return if the smell was cared for.
