About this house rental

Quiet home nestled in the cedars of Ephraim. Babbling brook runs through the backyard with deer and turkey visiting often, yet walking distance to the beach, heart of Ephraim and the entrance to Peninsula state park is right down the road! Truly a home to relax in after exploring all of what Door County has to offer. This home is monitored by exterior security cameras.

Was clean, simply laid out. Comfortable beds. Nice appliances.

We stayed a week and couldn't be more pleased with the house. We walked every night a short distance to Wilson's ice cream and watched the sunset. Ephraim is my favorite town in Door County and this property is quiet and peaceful. We hope to be back next year : )

The house overall was nice. There are no actual bedrooms so staying here with our children was interesting. Everyone had to get to bed at the same time. The worst part of the house was the smell. If you are sensitive to smells, this is not the house for you. The listing says no smoking but the house had a strong cigarette smoke smell. The first night it rained and the smell was over powering. Honestly, I started looking for hotels to stay in instead. The second night we opened the windows and let it air out for a while and it was better. I would not have booked this place if I had known it had previously been smoked in.
