A good location , near the supermarket. But we couldn't sleep well.

The location was very good - just inside the old town. It was big and there was a place for 2 suitcases.

The bed was very noisy and very uncomfortable and other guests have commented on this before. There were only 2 pillows. The bed squeaked and it should be thrown away. There was no toaster. There were only 2 pillows. We had to ask help to get inside - as the front door was not like in the video . The door handle is different so we had to ask the neighbor to help us get in. The apartment is not Luxury - it is ordinary and uncomfortable.

A perfect stay in the heart of Zadar, made unforgettable by the wonderful host.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The room was perfect -huge, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (even coffee filters and so much more!). The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Zadar’s Old Town, surrounded by history, restaurants, and charm. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly smooth and convenient. If you’re looking for the perfect location in Zadar - this is it! But the real highlight of our stay was the owner. She is truly a kind-hearted person. My wife and I found ourselves in a stressful situation when our luggage lock jammed and we couldn’t remember the code. We were sitting outside, worried and not knowing what to do, when she noticed us and immediately offered to help. She called her husband, personally drove us to a locksmith, translated everything for us, and made sure we were taken care of. During the drive, we had such a warm and friendly conversation - she’s truly lovely! The apartment is a 10/10, and the host is a 10/10. She truly saved us. We are so grateful! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zadar.

The location is basically perfect, right between the old town and the beaches. Plenty of cool stuff in the old town. Apartment is quite spacious, and bathroom/shower is pleasant and clean. Big, useful closet.

Accommodations are decent but not great, when compared to most hotels and some other 100+ euro apartments. The bed/pillow is a bit dated and not as comfortable as expected, and made noise when moving/getting up. You can tell it's rented and not lived in by the little things - just one towel hook, kitchen furniture a bit dated. Decoration a bit sterile and finishing touches on kitchen not so quality.

Ideal location at southern end of old town. Very nicely refurbished apartment. Zadar itself well worth visiting.

Kitchen area a bit cramped, coffee machine lacking lid so couldn't use it as coffee would not flow out, therefore just taking up bench space. Soap tray in shower would be helpful.

Great location, in the middle of the Old Town, everything is nearby. Brand new apartment. Nice, flexible and welcoming owner, we were even allowed to leave our bags there what we really appreciate.

We got a warm welcome and the key exchange was really organised. The appartment is everything you need, the best things were the airconditioning, the cleanliness of the appartment and the great location! We had an amazing stay and would definitly recommend staying here!

Fabulous time in the old town and close to everything once we got orientated

The location was perfect. We got lost in the old town and Marcella came to meet us and take us to the apartment.

No toiletries although there was a small container but no idea what was in it. As we arrived on a Sunday it would have been nice to have a small amount of milk for coffee/tea as difficult to find anywhere to buy some

Superb

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location right in the centre of Zadar. Only about a 5 minute walk to Kolovare beach which has great facilities. It is also close enough to the main bus terminal (about 15 minute walk if you plan to go on day trips). We had a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

There was no hairdryer! This didn't bother us but I can see that it might frustrate other guests!

There were no hooks in the bathroom for the towels, also none in the kitchen for hanging teatowlas on. The patio area is great but needs a big parasol for the sun. Gets really hot there.

Świetna lokalizacja ale gorzej ze komfortem pokoju

Lokalizacja na samym starym mieście jest dużym plusem, a jednocześnie położenie obiektu w bocznej uliczce sprawia, że hałas z centrum nie przeszkadza. Dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Łatwy kontakt z gospodarzem.

Niestety ale łóżko jest największym minusem tego apartamentu. Każdy najmniejszy ruch powodował skrzypienie, a materac był tak twardy, że ciężko było się dobrze zregenerować. Wstaliśmy oboleli. Oprócz tego pokój ma dużo niedociągnięć, brudne rolety, szafki kuchenne uszczerbione i plamy na ścianach. Położenie pokoju na parterze uniemożliwia też pozostawienie otwartego okna. Niestety ale od obiektu z taką wysoką oceną spodziewałam się lepszego standardu.

De locatie lag op een perfecte ligging en zag er netjes en schoon uit. Vriendelijke verhuurder, alles verliep soepel, fijne communicatie.

Toplage, direkt in der Altstadt, Schönes Appartment

Kleinigkeiten, einige Birnen waren defekt, der Fernseher lief nicht ( wurde aber von der Besitzerin schnell erledigt!) Das Bett war ein Alptraum, es knarrte und quietschte. Die bei Booking com bebilderte Sonnenterrasse gab es leider nicht, bei den hohen Temperaturen wäre das eine tolle Sache gewesen.
