Casa Con Vista Apartments

Περάσαμε υπέροχες διακοπές στο Casa Con Vista στη Χάλκη. Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό, με μοναδική θέα που πραγματικά σε μαγεύει κάθε στιγμή της ημέρας. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική, ήσυχη αλλά και πολύ κοντά σε ό,τι χρειάζεσαι στο νησί. Το εσωτερικό ήταν πεντακάθαρο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο ώστε να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν φιλική και πάντα διαθέσιμη να μας βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Ήταν μια εμπειρία που μας γέμισε εικόνες και ηρεμία, και σίγουρα θα ξαναγυρίσουμε.

The apartment is very centrally located in Halki town. The main room is very spacious and with just the right amount of furnature so as not to be cluttered. There is a nice bathroom and a practical kitchen (if you wanted to cook). I would strongly recommend Casa Con Vista and would definately stay there again next year (if it is available).

The apartment was easy to find, using Google Maps, just a 10-minute walk from the ferry port. The key was in the door for our arrival. The studio was spacious, bright, and well-ventilated, with most things needed for basic self-catering. Useful items like bottled water, oil, vinegar, and coffee were provided, which was a nice touch. There are three small supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance, and a very good bakery about five minutes away. The location is very good — central, convenient, and mostly quiet overnight. The balcony offers lovely views and is a nice spot to sit and unwind with a drink each evening. One night, there was loud party noise from the harbour that went on until after 3 a.m, fortunately the double-glazed windows did a good job of blocking most of the sound. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though the pillows could be better. Sofia, the host, was polite and generally responsive when needed. Pondamos Beach was a highlight of the stay. It’s just a 10-minute walk uphill from the port and well worth the effort. If you’re planning to spend time there, bringing your own beach umbrella is a good idea, as rentals are now 3 times the price we paid 3 years ago.

Kitchen fully equipped, including washing machine, super comfortable bed, air conditioning , balcony with sea view. It is also in the center of the village:restaurants just a new minutes away, as well the beach.
