Biraz arada yokuş merdiven çıkmak gerekiyor. Büyük valizle zor ama klasik bir ada sorunu bu. Bir de denize girmek için daha yakın ve uygun bir lokasyon olsa tercih ederim.

I have stayed in 3 different places in Halki before this, all nice, but this is unquestionably the best, and one of the best apartments I have encountered anywhere ever. It is newly renovated (as of 2026) and only just started being rented out, so it is in perfect condition and the finishing is of the highest standard (I work in property renovation, so I know what I'm talking about). Everything is exquisite. It is in just about the perfect position, a couple of streets behind the main seafront area where the restaurants and bars are, so a stone's throw away, but sufficiently hidden away to be quiet and relaxed. I was welcomed by Katerina, who showed me to the property and was delightful and friendly. The interior is spacious, with the double bed on a second floor which is open and overlooks the floor below (I was in the apartment called Bijou). The bed is very comfortable, and the room has good clothes storage space. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen and a very pleasant open space. The shower is also excellent. The balcony is spacious, with an umbrella for the daytime and seating for four. The property appears to be very well insulated, meaning that it was not necessary, even in July, to run the air conditioning for long periods. I would tend to have it on in the morning briefly and then late afternoon and evening for a while, but it was fine to turn it off overnight, without it getting too hot. The property is cleaned each day by Eleanor, who is also very nice, with new sheets and towels every three days. It has a washing machine with washing tablets and a rack for drying clothes outside. Halki is of course a gorgeous island, with excellent restaurants and bars, but a relaxed feel, and I would very much recommend it as a whole, but if you are staying there, then Fedon is absolutely the best quality accommodation you will find in its price range. I certainly expect to come again.
