Maestro apartment Chalki

Fantastic bed and the views were lovely. Great AC too, and although my balcony was a side view balcony, it was wide and pleasant.

Although I loved the place, there were few plug sockets so although everything was provided ( iron, hair dryer, toaster, kettle etc) it was difficult to use anything. I use Le the air dryer in the kitchen area , which wasn’t ideal. To charge my phone I found a socket directly behind the bed - don’t use the bed side lamp one because it doesn’t look safe. Be prepared for the hike up several steps with your case too. I’m not unfit but it nearly killed me Last thing, I hate shower curtains. I was happy to go with the apartment knowing it has one but it was disappointing that it wasn’t long enough so the floor got very wet

The view from the house was absolutely breathtaking. Located right in the heart of Chalki, it felt as if we were literally floating on the sea thanks to the incredible view from the windows. The house was spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need: a filter coffee machine, iron, washing machine, ironing board, and much more. ☺️ The high ceilings, wooden details, and traditional blue doors gave the house a unique character and charm. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable. When we stepped from the kitchen onto the balcony, we were greeted once again by a magnificent panoramic view overlooking the entire island. We loved the house so much and felt so at home there that spending the whole day in bed, simply gazing out of the huge blue window, could easily have become our new hobby. 🥹 The house was cleaned again after our second night, which was a lovely touch. Overall, our four-night, five-day stay was a truly unforgettable experience. On our last day, our ferry departure was delayed, and Chrisa was incredibly helpful. She is a wonderful host, and we felt very fortunate to have had this experience with her. Even the small details made a difference, such as the breakfast snacks provided in the kitchen and the bottled water left for us. The house is situated just a little above the town, requiring a few steps to reach it, but this should never discourage anyone from choosing such a unique place. If carrying luggage is a concern, Chrisa will certainly find a solution. A gentleman met us at the port and kindly carried our suitcases all the way to the house. 🙏🏼🌸 Throughout our stay, we kept saying how happy we were to have chosen this home. If we return to Chalki, we would definitely stay here again. ☺️

Opasteet puuttuivat, hieman vaikea löytää perille. Toki tulimme aikaisin, joten ei ollut vielä sisäänkirjautumisaika.

Ζητήσαμε να μείνουμε στο Maestro, μας έστειλαν αλλού μετά από μιας ώρας αναμονή στο λιμάνι, όπου δεν είχε 2 κρεβάτια όπως είχαμε ζητήσει αλλά 1 κρεβάτι στο πατάρι και ένα καναπέ στο ισόγειο. Το σπίτι δεν είχε χαρτί υγείας, χαρτί ή πετσέτες κουζίνας και κάδο απορριμμάτων.
