Villa Klytia

Everything was great we're very satisfied!

Nothing!

Location was perfect. Easy access to property with clear instructions. Host very helpful with regards keeping luggage safe prior to check in

A bottle of water would have been gratefully received given the cost of a one night stay. There are several rooms in the villa all separate but could hear neighbours very clearly and there was one particularly loud couple. Need to state quite clearly only one of the rooms has a balcony. The room where we stayed had no outside area. The door handle to the room was not in good condition so difficult to lock it.

Good location, easy to find. Nicely set up apartment.

The plates in the cupboard were dirty with oil, the mugs weren't clean and had to be washed and the worktop behind the hob was splattered with oil. I would have expected a bottle of water in the room on arrival, small cost for a polite gesture. The apartment door lock is very stiff and needs attention as it kept getting stuck and was difficult to open.

Location was great..... Decor was excellent.

Property layout unsuitable for older patrons, especially with mobility or balance issues , and for those with young children because the bathroom was downstairs, and the ceilings were low, which is why there were matresses with no bed frames... Hence why someone like me with knee replacments found it difficult to get up from the bed... From entrance, there were stairs to upper appts, but with no hand rail and little stair width to get cases or luggage up.... not good Health and safety ..!!
