Captivating. We watched an eagle soar over the pasture across the creek and had the perfect view of hundreds of fish spawning from the deck. Bring a good book...there are so many comfortable places to curl up. We will be back so that I can get a cutting from the owners fig tree!

We came to the hill country to enjoy the peace & quiet and the wildflowers. It did not disappoint!! The house was just as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and it was so peaceful and quiet. Larry (the owner) was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We were excited to have Thanksgiving with friends and were pleased to find everything we needed in the kitchen, but then when we went to enjoy the hot tub it was not working. The managers did their best to resolve it but we didn’t get it for our whole stay. We were given compensation but still disappointing. The fenced yard was great for our dog and the location was great for going to Hidden Falls Adventure Park as well as other outdoor activities. The fire pit was fun, although a bit hard to gather all around and the view was nice. Our friends found several dirty / stained towels and pillowcases that could use replacing . Overall we had a good time , but we were really hoping for that hot tub!

We had our 4 grand daughters for the weekend, we all enjoyed the deck and the view, lots of wildlife around. The yard was good size and the girls enjoyed running around and playing. The house was great, plenty of room and seating for everyone. Bedrooms were good size and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The host was great and always responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again if in the area.

We needed a quiet place with a location convenient to state parks and other activities. This property fit the bill. The back deck is a great place to relax with coffee in the morning and after a long day of exploration. There is a creek below the property but this cannot be accessed, also steep embankment. The back yard below the deck is fenced off, however; we had no problems with my five year old grandson trying to escape. Plenty of room for everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and we spent hours hanging out around the fire pit. I appreciated that it was fully fenced and that I could bring my dog, who travels very well. It’s very quiet, save some nearby fireworks over NewYears Eve (but this is Texas, so…). It’s far enough away from city lights that you can see the stars really well at night. But also close enough to explore nearby Marble Falls.

Beautiful setting, lovely and comfortable home with lots of natural light, well-stocked kitchen, and fantastic covered outdoor deck with full dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and hot tub. The yard was fully fenced and perfect for our dogs. We plan to return!!!

Very nice stay

The hill country, and the property itself, were beautiful. Enjoyed the hot tub, deck, and stargazing from the driveway area. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Possibly the best we’ve ever seen in that regard. Mattress in the master was super comfy and the kids enjoyed their spaces after a day of sightseeing, as well. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Nice property. Would stay here again. We were in town to visit family and need a place for our family of 6. Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths worked out great for our large family. Full size bunk beds in one bedroom was great for our younger children.
