We are excited the share our newly purchased beach getaway with you, family and friends .
Everything in the living room/dining area is brand-new and lends itself to a relaxing beach vacation. The sleeper sofa and plush armchair set. The coffee table, dining table with 4 cushioned chairs, the rug, side table and lamp are all new. Enjoy a large flat screen TV, Xfinity cable and DVD player for entertainment.
The condo is tiled throughout except for the bedroom. The tile combines well with our brightly colored, fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel dishwasher, white appliances, mirrored backsplash, and white counter tops. The breakfast bar has 4 new cushioned high-chairs. Keurig and regular coffee makers for those amazing mornings at the beach. As you can expect, most dining and cooking items are new for you to enjoy. Combine the 4 high-chairs with the dining chairs for plenty of comfortable seating.
Our master bedroom comes with a new king bed, all white furnishings, new bedding, plantation shutters, and a flat-screened TV. There is a vanity and a full bath with tub/shower combo.
We have built-in twin bunks in the hall with new bedding for the little ones. A half-bath right next to the bunks that includes a door for access to the tub/shower combo. In the hallway, across from the entry door is the brand new, stacked washer and dryer.
We purchased new balcony furniture which includes 2 comfortable cushioned chairs and loveseat with 2 matching tables. The balcony has a palm tree oasis view of a lagoon and is perfect for a relaxing beverage to escape the sun and feel breeze from the gulf which is just across the street. Relax and enjoy.
The condo is just a short walk from the worlds most beautiful beaches. We thank you and hope you have a great beach vacation.
Horizon South has several resort-style amenities including:
Private Beach Access - 4 Outdoor Pools (one heated in the winter) & Kiddie Pool - Hot Tub - Tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard court, basketball court, horseshoe pits, onsite mini golf (Sports equipment is limited and/or may not be available, so we suggest you bring your own) Charcoal Grills, Fitness Center, Billiard Room, Clubhouse

The resort is collecting $25 per vehicle and $20 per armband on less than10 day stay. On greater than10 day stay they are charging $50 per vehicle and $40 per armband. Upon registration, guests will receive wristbands and a parking pass for their stay.

Me, my husband and our three kids stayed here for a week. The bed was super comfy and the air worked great so the condo was nice a cool. You can watch fish and turtles in the pond on the back patio. The walk to the beach or pools isn’t bad at all. We will be staying again.

It was easy to get to the beach from here - just across the street. There was a kitchen - so we didn’t have to eat out every day. Grocery store nearby, but also plenty of restaurant choices when you do want to go out. A pleasant stay!

The property was undergoing some extensive construction during our stay. I wish that would have been shared before booking. The entrance from Front Beach Road was completely closed so you had to enter/exit from the back entrance at the PCB Parkway. Walking across the street to the beach each day included mounds of dirt and large machinery. This started early in the morning and it could be heard in our condo. The condo itself was okay. I wouldn’t necessarily explain it as “completely updated” since the cabinets, stove, counters, carpet, etc weren’t new. The pond view that was advertised was drained and nasty during our stay. We also never could get connected to the WiFi, and the service in the condo was terrible! Overall it was a decent place for the price. It had a bed, a shower, and a kitchen. All we needed for a beach trip! The ongoing construction isn’t the fault of the owners, but not sharing that information before booking is.
