This place was great accommodated my family of five. It’s close to the beach it was clean and family friendly. I would recommend trying to get there before 5pm that’s when the office closes and you can’t check in which wasn’t a big deal a security guard told us to just check in in the morning. Once you check in and get your bracelets if your bracelet comes off you can take it to the office and get a new one (they’re paper and will probably come off-ours did) Also it says the unit is ground floor it’s not you do have to go up one flight of stairs. The pool that the unit views closed at 7:40 our first night and then it closed around 8-8:15 the rest of the time I wish it would’ve stayed open longer the sign says it used to be open till 11pm but it’s definitely not a deal breaker as you can walk to the beach within two minutes and it’s close to restaurants and dollar general in case you forget something overall my family enjoyed it and would definitely stay again

Minor issues locating the site office from the South beach access. SIte manager proposes to have no contact with apartment owners so no help there. Location for the beach is good. A few restaurants within walking distance Coconuts, Mike's Seafood & Salty Sue's. SIte pool hours for me were a bit strange....open at 09:00 and close at 23:00, so no early swim. Accommodation was great with no issues, it may have been different if using it for 6 people, as we were only 2 we had loads of space. TV package was very comprehensive and WiFi fast and reliable. Steps to first floor may be an issue for some. Random communal BBQ's around the site for guest use. Agents at BooktheCondo were efficient and addressed any issues quickly.

This is the first time I wasn’t impressed with a VRBO rental. Upon arrival we found unwashed towels on the washer. We had to do laundry to have clean towels that night. The a/c went out during our stay , but that wass addressed pretty quickly. The condo was updated and nice, just needed better management of housekeeping.
