All of good except for the master bed which appeared to have blood drops on the sheets and blood smeared on the mattress cover. Could not sleep in that bed the first night after a 10 drive. It was the next day before sheets and mattress cover could be replaced. Also the master bed tv did not work and had to be replaced.

The unit is beachfront on the 15th floor at the base of Pier Park. The 3bedrrom/2bath unit had a gorgeous view, and allowed our family of 5 to enjoy the local area. The location is fantastic! It has a lovely theme for decor, but the seating furniture is well worn, cabinets are peeling in the kitchen and bathrooms, lampshades are broken, and all of the mattresses desperately need replaced. The main tv remote was broken and took a few days to be replaced before the tv could be used. The fire alarm chirped for 2 days before maintenance could fix it. The power in bedroom 3 mysteriously shut off while we were away and needed maintenance to come fix it.
Note to future renters: You must buy a parking pass and have an option to rent chairs from a vendor on the beach. Bring your own beach towels, a potholder (none), dish towel (1 provided), dish washer tablets (none), salt & pepper shakers (none), cutting board (the mini one provided is the size of a piece of white bread), and for extended stays extra toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom). If you have a problem in the unit, texting with the provided Vacasa (local rental company for the unit) check in link works far better than any phone calls or emails seeking help!
