About this house rental
NO HURRICANE DAMAGE. WE ARE OPEN.
Very large and spacious free standing townhouse, 1250 sq ft. 2 stories, 2 pools on property, beach across street, perfect for families with all the conveniences of home, lots of room, outstanding value in comparison with condo or motel rentals, close to shopping and amusements. On the popular west end of Panama City Beach. Close to Pier Park with all the shopping you can handle, restaurants, and fishing pier. Non smoking.
Dedicated beach access. All the white sand beach you can handle.
The only problem you will have at our townhouse is LEAVING!
(Strict Age restriction applies: age 25 and above. We rent to couples and families.)
Please note: In the peak months of June and July we only do weekly rentals, from a Saturday to a Saturday. The rest of the year we do a 4 night minimum.

This is our second time staying in this condo, the location is perfect!! The beaches directly across from the condo are not busy at all. We will continue to stay here in the years to come

Place was farther to beach than we thought it would be. Pools were nice. Inside was decent. For what your paying it was a pretty decent place
