**PLEASE NOTE – SAND CASTLES WEST COMPLEX IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING NECESSARY CONSTRUCTION in the A & B buildings and is estimated to be completed in April 2024. There is ongoing construction noise between the hours of 7am – 6pm each day throughout the entire complex. There is no overflow parking during construction. The G building properties (G units) allow for 1 parking space per reservation. Townhomes (T units) allow for 2 parking spaces per reservation. Complex grills are also unavailable through April 2024.
Due to these circumstances, we have discounted rates. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office BEFORE booking as normal cancellation policies will apply to any new bookings.**

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, had everything we needed to be able to prepare quick and simple meals, the pool was clean. This apartment is on the 3rd floor so it might be difficult to get to for people with disabilities and parking spaces were tight but it was quiet, in a location away from all the action but still close enough to get to them without wasting to much time on the road. We will definitely book again next time we come down to PCB

the place itself met all our our needs, however, i do feel like there was some housekeeping issues we faced that could have been prevented. upon arrival, the floor was so nasty that our feet were black. the fridge and dishwasher had an odor. the keypad was dead on the lock to the door and we had to replace the battery. we found a cockroach, but only one. they offered to come spray but we didn't see any other than the one so we declined. the light in the living room did not work so we had to use lamps. and it appeared that the housekeeper does not move the furniture to clean behind it between guests. the potential to be a five star stay was there, but the housekeeping is slacking.
