Could have been lovely if they had a decent cleaner.

It was lovely a quiet and had so much potential. But it was filthy. Really really bad.

It was dirty. Hair in the shower. Thick dust everywhere. The fridge had a receipt dated a month prior to our stay. No hot water. Beds weren’t clean. Found rubbish on the back of the sofa. Crumbs all over the side. A broken glass hanging from the cupboard.

Easy check in and out with key box. Flat was warm and clean. Good amount of bedding and kitchen equipment, clothes airer, iron etc. Comfy sofas and chairs in living room.

Not hot water! Had to boil kettle to wash up. Only two dining chairs, paid for 4 people to stay and could not eat a meal as a family. Unfortunately residents of top flat banged aggressively on our door at 02:30 Sunday morning shouting "party". We could not get back to sleep after this, some party noise followed. Otherwise it was a quiet area.

Potentially a very pleasant property let down by a number of unacceptable issues.

This is a spacious property with modern kitchen and bathroom. he bed and sofas were very comfortable. For us the location was ideal.

The property was let down by a number of issues. The beds were not made up, there were no bulbs in the bedroom main lights, food (including half eaten chicken) was left in the fridge, the dishwasher was full of the previous guests things, there were no bin liners or bags for the waste, the wifi router was on the floor just inside the front door (a hazard when arriving in the dark), the bathroom blind was dirty and tatty, there were many od items scattered round the property (eg screws, timing devices). Overall the property had not been presented (and possibly not fully prepared) for guests.
