About this apartment rental
First floor luxury two double bedroomed apartment, kitchen/lounge, bathroom, hallway , balcony with river views. Only ten minutes walk from railway station and 5 mins to town and restaurants. All amenities, wifi, tv, hairdryer, iron etc. Washing machine and large fridge freezer. Great position and sunny aspect. Comes with a parking space .
The space
All space in apartment , incl hallway cupboard (has cleaning items in it) Bathroom has some personal things in some drawers but others are empty for guests to use. Please help yourself to the toiletries left in a basket on top if needed. Also shower gels and toilet rolls available to guests.

Nothing outside apartment other than my own balcony. There is a parking space belonging to the apartment. This is number 6TS. Parking tickets apply if you park elsewhere which I cannot be responsible for.
Other things to note
I will send details of check in instructions before arrival . Please note the postcode is NP19 0PQ and is on google maps . Any trouble finding it please feed in Rodney Road/Colne Street Newport
Please note there are glass furniture items, some expensive but also quite heavy.. please be extra careful around the glass coffee table as you can bash against it and get bruised .. pls note especially if you have children, do not move furniture from current positions.
