Good and comfortable to an extend

Modern apartment with 2 bathrooms/toilets, outdoor area and roof top terrace , clean bedding and towels, toiletries and 4 x air-cons, fully working. Beach and Good food restaurants in 5 min walk.

Only one double bed was comfortable, the rest were all sofa beds which part of my family didn't find compatible. The basement room is very small and cold with some privacy. Generally it was difficult to have privacy in any of the rooms as the doors to the bedrooms are sliding. Would benefit of automatic check in/out to avoid pressure with out of working hours check in/out requirements.

Great villas in so-so location

The houses are new, beautiful and very functional. Georgia - the maid - is amazing, she helped us all the way and whenever we needed something, she provided. There are two good restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance.

The bad part about the houses is that they are not so well maintained (one door handle in the bathroom falls out of place, the sinks get clogged). If they don't care for them, in one year they will get shabby. Also the location is not that great - in a village with holiday homes. There is no close by promenade, the closest beach is so-so, supermarkets are far away so you depend on car. Otherwise, not a minus, but nice to have: induction stove and a dishwasher.

Beautiful house, wonderful neighborhood, great host

Perfect location, in a quiet and green neighborhood, with beautiful houses, not crowded with too many tourists. The house is new, very modern and clean, with air conditioning in every room and all the needed facilities. The two terraces, one in the garden and the other on the top of the building, are fantastic if you come when the weather is not too hot. There is a beach 5 min walking distance, but you could find better ones, with crystal water, if you go 5 min by car. You can choose between some very touristic and organized and one more cozy (we choose the cozy one). The host was very nice and welcoming (thank you for the wine and fruits that we found in the house :)). He communicated with us all along the day of our arrival, helped us finding the house and gave us many suggestions for our vacation. The housekeeper, Georgia (who speaks also Romanian and Bulgarian), was very helpful and efficient.

We really liked the design of the house, it is very nice, but if you have mobility difficulties you just need to be aware that it is built vertically, with stairs from one room to another.

Great house close to the beach with beautiful garden

The place is brand new and well equipped and furnished. The garden is perfect and the veranda is really comfortable. Espresso machine is always a very nice thing to have and it is couple of minutes to the beach. Easy to navigate by car and no issues with the parking. Quiet and really peaceful. The hosts was very kind and responsive with the online communication and managed to accommodate all of our demands.

Location near the beach, restaurants. New facilities with nice garden for each maisonette. Quite location and you need car anyway to go around. Very nice roof terrace for an evening drink.

Internet is strong and stable, but mainly inhouse, in garden often was very weak. Like recommendation to the host to solve that, i am sure he will. It was great to have sleeping pillow choice, but 4 if them were too big to find a soft one. But all in all i give my great recommendations for the place to stay if you are around.

Fantastic am mai reveni

Casa cocheta si bine dotata, paturi confortabile si curata. Domna Georgi ne intreba tot timpul daca avem nevoie de ceva, foarte amabila si grijulie.

Singurul inconvenient este ca nu are un cuptor cu microunde ca sa reincalzim mancarea dar ne-am descurcat.

Veoma smo zadovoljni, svima bismo preporučili.

Smeštaj je veoma čist i udoban. Vlasnik je jako predusretljiv i komunikacija sa njim je odlična. Opis odgovara stvarnom stanju, tačnije, izgleda bolje nego na slikama na booking-u. Gergana, koja nas je dočekala, je uradila apsolutno sve da naš boravak bude prijatan, pravi odmor. Za sve što vam treba, Gergana je tu u svakom trenutku. Pored vaše privatne garniture za sedenje ispred apartmana i još dve manje terase, imate i terasu na krovu koja je divna u večernjim satima. Plaža je velika sa dosta plažnih barova gde imate piće i hranu po povoljnim cenama, ležaljke se ne naplaćuju. Plaža je na 3 minuta hoda od apartmana. Lidl je na 3km, centar Nea Kalikratije sa svim restoranima i prodavnicama je na 4km, za to vam je potreban auto. Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena, ima kombinovani frižider adekvatne veličine, aparat za kafu, toster, sve neophpdno od posuđa i escajga. Dočekala nas je i flaša vode, flaša vina, kafe i čaj za dobrodošlicu što je bio baš lep gest. U podrumu postoji zajednički vešeraj-veš mašina i obezbeđen deterdžent što olakšava boravak.

Zaista je sve odlično, jedino što bismo možda predložili je da su tuš kabine zatvorene sa obe strane, a ne samo sa jedne jer je ovako skoro nemoguće da se ne pokvase kupatila. Ali to je samo predlog, nije zamerka.

Die Dame die uns empfangen hat war sehr herzhaft, man hat sich fast wie zu Hause bei seinen Eltern gefühlt. Sie hat uns ebenfalls Informationen zur Lage und Aktivitäten mitgeteilt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
