Nice view, clean and quiet apartament.
Our stay was from 22–27 December 2025.
Unfortunately, we had serious problems from the first day. We could not enter the apartment. We received wrong instructions, including an incorrect apartment number. Because of this, we tried to open the wrong key box for almost one hour.
I tried to get help by phone. I called the number provided in the booking confirmation at 9:30 PM. The woman who answered was in a bad mood and did not want to help. She only said that she informed someone about our problem, but she could not tell us when this person would come or give us any contact details. I called several times, and after 10:00 PM she stopped answering the phone. We were left completely alone.
I reported the problem to Booking.com. The Booking.com support person was friendly, caring, and really tried to help us. They were concerned that the property left us without assistance and even wanted to arrange alternative accommodation so we would not have to sleep in the car.
Finally, at 11:00 PM, we managed to enter the apartment by chance, with help from other guests in the same building. Together, we figured out which key box belonged to our apartment. The property itself gave us no help, no contact, and showed no interest in their guests.
This was not the only issue. There is a guest parking area in front of the building. The man responsible for the parking constantly creates problems. He tells guests to move the car even by 1 cm. If you stop briefly to load ski equipment, he immediately comes out shouting, takes photos, and threatens to send them to the police. He is racist towards guests who do not have Austrian license plates. He speaks only German and does not understand any English.
It is very sad to experience such stressful situations during a Christmas holiday.
Apart from the terrible service and the parking guard, the apartment itself was fine. It was clean, quiet, and had a nice view. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, which is old.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in toller Lage mit Blick auf das Kaisergebirge. Neu renoviert und geräumig. Kühl und ruhig.
Da es eine Privatvermietung ist, gibt es keinen direkten Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer/Vermieter, daher keine persönlichen Gespräche möglich. Sämtliche Kommunikation erfolgt über ein Unternehmen per e-Mail. Gästekarte habe ich vermutlich versehentlich nicht erhalten.

Das perfekte Apartment mit sensationeller Aussicht .
Das Apartment hat einen sensationellen Blick auf den wilden Kaiser und ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.
Die Betten waren für uns sehr sehr weich , manchen gefällt das.
Von außen ist das Gebäude in die Jahre gekommen, wass zu verschmerzen ist, aber Schade.
Leider bekamen wir wie wohl auch schon einige Vormieter die Gästekarte mit zwei Tagen Verspätung.
Also wirklich Kleinigkeiten.

Minden nagyon tetszett! Az apartman rendkívül tiszta minden igényt kielégítően felszerelt, ízlésesen berendezett.
A legapróbb részlete is (berendezése, felszereltsége) igényes, precízen, praktikusan a legapróbb részletekig megtervezve a vendégek kényelmét szolgálja. A kilátás és a környék leírhatatlanul pazar. Jobbat nem is kívánhatna az ember!

הייתה לי חוויה נוראית עם המקום הזה, הרגשתי שגונבים לי 900 יורו מהכיס. ניסיתי לבטל שוב ושוב ונתקלתי באדישות ואטימות. ענו באיטיות, בהפרש של כמה ימים כל פעם, רק כדי לסרב שוב לגלות טיפה קטנה של הבנה ולאפשר לא לשלם מחיר מלא על ימים שלא הייתי במלון הזה. זאת הייתה חוויה נוראית לקבל שירות אטום, מתנשא ומזלזל בזמן שהוא פשוט לוקח את הכסף ממני כשהוא יודע שלא אגיע. אני חושב שמעולם לא נתקלתי בכזה יחס. השאיר אותי ממש בבאסה. ממליץ לא להתקרב✌️
