Not happy

Loved the house once we got over the shock of the entrance. Which was an unkept leantoo garage. On first visit I thought I was at the wrong location. House was lovely and as described but other factors ruined our stay.

Entrance was unkempt, needed cleaning and sweeping. Plus, there were lots of bottles that needed disposing. Also had to empty the refuse bins in the house on the day we arrived. Toilet rolls only supply was for 2 days. The day we arrived was a Sunday and the Monday was a holiday so no shops were open. Therefore, we had no means af getting basic supplies. Which we weren't told of. Which meant we had to eat out which was expensive. Shed in which sauna is kept was untidy and no instructions on how to use sauna. There was a broken chair outside which should have been disposed of.

Dem Haus fehlt Pflege

Sehr großzügiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Super waren die beiden E-Bikes die wir mit benutzen konnten. Der Garten ist groß und die Sitzecke mit Wärmelampe im Herbst bestimmt ideal. Fußläufig sind die Haltestellen des Kaiser-Jets zu erreichen.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer liegt im Untergeschoss neben dem Heizungskeller und leidet unter dem Öl-Geruch. Leider waren einige einzelne Lampen defekt und die Schränke voller Kram, der da nicht hingehört. Das WLAN wird volumenbasiert vom Vermieter gebucht und scheint sich nicht für Streaming oder mobiles Arbeiten zu eignen. Nur vier Frühstücksteller aber wahrscheinlich 50 kleine Kaffeetassen ergeben keinen Sinn. Vier Büsche im Garten sind vertrocknet und sehen wohl nur mit Schnee gut aus. Wie die Sauna funktioniert hat sich uns nicht erschlossen. Aber leider stand auch dort viel Kram herum.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis voll in Ordnung

Großzügig geschnittenes Ferienhaus. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern unterwegs, wo der gepflegte Garten der Favorit war. Küche sehr funktional eingerichtet. Außer ein Toaster, war alles vorhanden. Die zur Verfügung gestellten 2 EBikes wurden zwar nicht benutzt, standen aber gr0ßzügigerweise zur Verfügung Liegt zwar weit vom Ortskern entfernt, dafür aber ruhig und ohne Tourismustrubel.

Lose Terrassenplatten und defekte Gartentüre sollten repariert werden. Fernsehgeräte atypisch bedienbar und ohne Einweisung. Im Schlafzimmer defekt.

Schlechtester Urlaub aller Zeiten - unfreundlicher Vermieter - schlechtester Service

es gab leider nichts Positives, was ich berichten könnte - außer, dass die Betten bei Anreise frisch bezogen waren

weder die Fernseher, noch das WLAN funktionierte, die Sauna war defekt/ außer Betrieb, der Geschirrspüler war noch mit dem schmutzigen Geschirr der Vormieter bestückt und nebenan war eine große Baustelle ( im Garten sitzen war aufgrund des Lärms nicht möglich). In den Schränken herrschte Chaos, überall wurden Kartons gelagert, die Gartenmöbel waren defekt und schmutzig. Wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl. Der Vermieter teilte uns mit, dass er uns trotz der vorgenannten Mängel preislich nicht entgegen käme und wenn wir eine Erstattung wollten sofort abreisen sollten. Der Vermieter hat sich nicht um die Rückerstattung gekümmert. Nach unzähligen Telefonaten und Nachrichten an Booking können wir nun darauf hoffen, dass das Geld irgendwann bei uns ankommt.
