This home has everything. The view was amazing, the house was clean and fully stocked. My family of 6 adults had a great time relaxing outside on the beach, barbecuing lunch and playing games inside all night. Its location is close to town to go and have dinner. Perfect getaway!!

We enjoyed our end of summer stay at this beautifully located beach house. The house was ideally located with a lovely view of the Sound. Minutes from downtown Greenport and other surrounding North Fork Towns. Fire pit evenings as well as BBQing on the Sound. Would stay here again!

The house is just as listed, if not better. Well stocked with most anything you need; the beach towels and wood for the fire pit were a very nice touch.
The deck is incredible and where you will spend all of your time. It has so much space with sand pits on either side. The beach is a bit rocky so having the sand pits for the kids was excellent.
The location is perfect with a quick drive to whatever you want/need. The house itself is on the main road through the North Fork, so it can be very busy - but you don't notice much noise and all windows/deck face the ocean so once in the house or on the beach, the busy road is a complete non-issue.
10 out of 10 for our stay - we hope to return in the future!
