The main floor consists of Open kitchen to the living room with wood burning fire place, and sitting room with a grand piano. To the side, there is a large room featuring a Dining table, 2nd kitchen, and den with sofa and gas fireplace.
2nd floor has 6 bedrooms
The property is close to Greenport, and other well known towns filled with fun restaurants, wineries, walk by the beach, and more.
This house is perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, reunions, and more.

Celebrated my bachelorette at this historic house right in the heart of the North Fork and it truly could not have been more perfect! The house itself was large enough for the 7 of us to spread out and for everyone to have their own rooms other than two who shared. The pool and outdoor eating area were so great to have as well and Andrew was an excellent host, greeting us when we arrived but giving us space during our stay. You will not be disappointed with a stay here!!

The house was perfect for our girls winery weekend. The check-in process was great and the house met all our needs. The pool, the hot tub, beautiful grounds and the location was great for visiting the wineries and Greenport. We will definitely rent this house again.
