About this house rental
Our home sits on 3+ acres. The Great Room has a stone fireplace and magnificent vaulted ceilings. Sliding doors lead directly out to our patio, complete with outdoor dining table, lounge area overlooking the heated pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and fire pit. The downstairs master suite consists of a king bed with separate sofa and seating area, a huge walk-in closet, and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, double vanity and dressing table area. Master also has a sun room with daybed that leads out to the Yard and Pool. The Music Room, Dining Room and Gourmet Kitchen complete the ground floor. Upstairs comprises three bedrooms (1 King / 2 Queen) a full bathroom and additional lounge area.
There is a three car detached garage with multiple bikes and scooters for our guests of all ages to enjoy.
The house was renovated throughout in mid-2021, has high speed internet and is wired for Sonos.
Great location close to nearby farmstands, wineries, and and a short walk to nearby bay beaches. Southold is minutes away, with Greenport also very close by. Perfect for an escape with the family or friends.
The Premises is registered with the Town of Southold, Rental Registry #0492, as a “seasonal use dwelling unit” under the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019

My family and I (6 adults, 4 kids ages: 6/5/4/2) had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with enough room for everyone to have their own space, take naps, read, or movie watching and the outdoor space is where it becomes paradise. The set-up is fabulous with the pool being refreshing and fun for all…in a pretty (but gated and secure!) floral setting. It’s in settled in and quiet and private location but still super easy to get to town, swim at the beach, or explore nearby vineyards and farms. Would highly recommend booking this property for a getaway with family and/or friends especially with kids!
