Enjoy a short trip to Greenport and enjoy a day of shopping and dining along the harborside. The North Fork is easily accessible to beautiful Shelter Island where you can catch a nice ferry ride over to the Hamptons.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as pictured or better. The home was clean and comfortable and close to everything in Southold. We took the owner’s recommendation and walked to Sophie’s for dinner which was excellent. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. Tina was always quick to respond and answer all my questions. Check in process was simple, and we appreciated having the house rules/check out procedure clearly outlined on paper. The house itself was beautiful…I think the pictures in the listing don’t do it justice! It was spacious enough to hang out, had ample bathrooms, beds were comfortable, and the backyard was great! We took advantage of both the fire pit and hot tub. The location was very convenient for all of our needs. Close to the Southold train station, close to wineries, and not far from Greenport where we had dinner one night. Overall, a great home base for spending time in the North Fork! Thanks so much for having us!
