It was great to have 5 bedrooms that allowed us to get together with our extended family and friends. It was a joy to be directly across to water that was easy to get into, and the water was calm enough for our five year old and others to enjoy it every day. .

Our family had a wonderful two weeks staying at this welcoming, comfortable and clean home. While the location is incredible (and for those vising from out of town -being across the street from the beach is a BIG deal), the house itself was really great for ALL of us. We did not need to reach out for anything during our stay, everything we needed (and more) was provided at the home. Thank You!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home in Southold. Just across the street from the local beach, we spent a tremendous amount of time sitting on the screened in front porch looking at the water. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook over the two weeks we were there. It would be especially great for multiple families traveling together with kids. Marilyn, the property manager was helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!
