Super room, very comfortable bed and the owners had thought of everything

The room was excellent and we would certainly book this again. We only stayed one night but would stay longer next time. The room had everything that you could need, overall this was great value for money and the bed was super comfy. There was a pint of fresh milk in the fridge which was very welcome!!

Very clean, easy parking , well-equipped wi the nice touch like nice selection of coffee, a small milk in the fridge for breakfast . Very comfortable beds too! The self check-in is very easy .

Everything you would need for a comfortable stay , perfect

This was a very comfortable clean & with parking outside. Also on arrival there was fresh milk coffee , tea & sugars to get you started, if you’ve not brought any. All cleaning products you may need provided.

I’d definitely recommend this property, even near the road you couldn’t hear it as the double glazing work . They also provide heating & air conditioning really they have thought of everything to make your stay perfect.

A beautiful room that was perfect for what we needed. The milk in the fridge was a nice touch, as was the shower gels and hand soap. Thank you 1 it fulfilled our need perfectly.

Not a place to stay if you want a night's sleep

I can't think of anything I liked about the room

The room was far too hot to sleep in, and if you opened the window you had the noise of a very busy road, also the rooms were very close to each other that we had the Persons TV from the other room on until 2.30 am which felt like it was on in our room , So no sleep

The cottage was exceptionally clean. A lot of care and attention to detail everywhere. We couldn’t fault it .

Our shower would not turn to a cooler temperature, probably just needs a tweak on the control, but we managed fine .

I stayed for a work trip but it felt like a holiday! The room is beautiful with the little kitchenette, table to eat/work at.

Everything we needed in one room

The beds were very comfortable indeed, we appreciated the fan (as it was warm), the ironing board as we were attending a wedding, and having, a table with chairs and two easy chairs (even large hotel rooms sometimes only have one). We didn’t have a car but the parking available would have been a plus. The neighbours were also very friendly

the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen layout was a little quirky i.e. minimum worktop and the installation of the fridge was very difficult to access.

Great place for a stop over.

Good location, off road parking, had everything you might need for a few nights stay.

The stairs were quite steep, the room was particularly hot, appreciate the day was a warm one, the fan supplied did very little to cool things down, having window open with the fan might have helped a bit, Road across from the garden too noisy to do this. Maybe the lights contributed to heat buildup and this warm day? After a 4hr drive, we noticed the heat in the room.

Great value, well equipped studio

Modern, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed any more. There were lovely thoughtful personal touches such as chocolate treat, proper milk, hand sanitiser, great induction hob, air con unit, iron and ironing board. Very well equipped kitchen. Signage clear and lit up entrance at night. Busy road outside but ear plugs provided. Lived it there.

Self contained comfort.

Location was good, clean room, cooking facilities worked well with the portable induction cooker.

The little bar fridge was a little noisy at times but we had been informed and an option was given. No complaints 👍🏼

I expected a full English breakfast when booked and was surprised in the confirmation to be told that it was continental breakfast. In the end the breakfast was really nice and excellent value.

Very comfortable beds and really well furnished. Everything provided.

The accommodation is on a fairly busy road and the noise, although not too bad, is continual. Earplugs are provided and that completely shuts the noise out.
