Returning to The Anvil after two o years and I found the same lovely vintage location, this is just a nice place to return
Indeed, some of the rooms are quite small, but this place has a unique character, I like it!

Large comfortable bedroom. Plentiful seating in bar/restaurant both inside and outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Food, breakfast and evening meals good.

Lots of character, friendly staff, good parking
Shower door was broken and the turn on/off switch was incredibly stiff.

Great location. Quaint old thatched pub/Inn. Nice outside dining and pub facility. Good choice of beers.
Not very comfortable overall. Difficult stairway access to uncomfortable cramped tiny rooms. Has TV but no A/C.
