Very comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Loved that the kitchen had all needed to cook, like oil, salt and foil. Great to get the fridge filled with free drinks too

From the bedroom you could ear people coming in and out of the flat. The bin in the entrance hall is extremely loud and woke us up a couple of times

Bit tired needs TLC but otherwise good apartment

The apartment itself was clean and neat, on the 5th floor without hearing noise for the road.

In terms of the apartment itself it was clean and neat. However, there was no handwash and I had to use the bottle from the shower gel - which was half empty and move it everytime, from the sink to the bathtub and back (photos attached). Never have I ever seen anything like this before. Also, all the reviews were saying about goodies in the fridge. I opened mine and I didn't find not even a bottle of water (yes, I know that Barcelona's tap water is drinkable). I arrived at 10pm and I was supposed to cross-check on my own the address of the apartment and the address of the reception (which they supposedly send me in WhatApp - I received nothing) and figure out myself that these were two different places. So, when I arrived at the apartment, I called the reception and I was informed that I had to take a taxi and go to a location 10 minutes away (with the taxi - one way!). When I asked if someone could bring me the key to the apartment, the receptionist had the nerves to tell me that either I go to where I was instructed to or else I would stay all night on the pavement!!!! The day before the check out, I politely asked for a place to leave my luggage, as I was there for an exhibition and it would be really helpful, not to roam around my suitcase. The response was that I could leave it only at the place where I originally took the keys from! All these is an experience that I'd rather didn't have
