Authentic Barcelona apartment located in the centre of Eixample, a central, quiet and safe area that is also active and attractive.
It is a spacious, bright and comfortable flat. Renovated with style, preserving original elements from Barcelona's modernist era. Spectacular shared terrace with small swimming pool and chill out area with magnificent views of Barcelona.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms:
A bedroom with 1 double bed.
A bedroom with 2 single beds.
A bedroom with 1 single bed.
In the lounge there is a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, so the apartment has capacity for up to 8 people. There is an open-plan kitchen and 1 complete bathroom with shower.
All rooms and areas of the apartment have air conditioning (hot/cold) and free high-speed WiFi. Additionally, there is a flat-screen Smart TV with international channels and a safe deposit box. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, microwave, oven) and kitchenware. Towels, bed sheets and a hair dryer are included.
The apartment has an interior balcony with views of Barcelona and is completely renovated and decorated with style, original details from the initial construction of the late nineteenth century have been maintained. It is ideal for couples, families and business trips. For greater comfort and security, access to the apartment is through a code system.
The building has a large shared terrace with a lounge area and a small swimming pool for children and adults. Spectacular views of Barcelona from the terrace.
It also has a room for shared use of washing machines and dryers.
The building has a lift from the ground floor to all apartments and up to the terrace.

This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where Barcelona families mix with a young and international atmosphere. We had an excellent 4 night stay in the apartment, which is in a great location and central to transport. The apartment was spacious and well appointed with all the amenities we needed. Our host met up late at night when we arrived and was extremely helpful with both the apartment and tourist information.

Building was clean and well maintained. Rooftop lounge area was pleasant and comfortable addition to the overall setting. Pool was on the small side but most likely not even used or required by most renters

Came to Barcelona with my aging parents, and this apartment was wonderful for all of us. First of all, it has an elevator which is a rare 'must' in historic cities. The apartment was big and full of natural light, and we loved lounging around in it. The neighborhood itself was a charm, with an incredible bakery directly downstairs and a ton of delicious cafes around. Yet, it was away enough from the craziness of the Ramblas (but close enough to it that we ended up there a lot anyway!) The terrace was great and we played in the pool every day before dinner. Would absolutely stay here again! The only concern is the leather couch is deteriorating and needs to be replaced - we had to cover it with a sheet so we could sit on it and not get flakes on our clothes.

We really enjoyed our stay at your apartment in Barcelona. The location was great and maybe a 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas area. No need for a car. Great little cafe couple doors down. Convenience store around the corner for some supplies. Subway blocks away. Check-in was quick and easy. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you again
