The home was clean, warm, and inviting but very loud in front of the college dorms and the street. Busses all day and night are heard. That being said, I am not used to the city lifestyle, so if you are, it may not be that bad for you. You are only given a small amount of towels, and no extra anywhere. Also not enough kitchen pans and utensils if you plan on cooking. It was overall a good place for a long girls weekend.

The apartment was super clean, beds were comfy.Great interiors and kitchen. Weekend parking was ample and free. This carriage house is a free standing building, with a SCAD bus stop across the street. Be aware- you will hear busses and trucks revving and reversing "beep-beep-beep" all day (except Sunday) between 7am-10pm. This was fine for me since it matched my sleep habits.

This property is very close to the busy street. The windows are thin so everything sounds like it is in the living room. The house was ok. It needs a thorough cleaning; bathroom corners, under doors and seams were dirty from not being cleaned. Clumps of hair were stuck under the door to the bathroom, toilet paper holder in half bath was loosely on wall and feel out of thr wall very easily. The toilet in the back bathroom was wobbly. This place looks deceiving. It was very pricey for what it is.
