The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.
Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa.
The bright and airy kitchen features an ample amount of counter space, including a large island that can seat your entire group. Guests will enjoy having modern conveniences, such as stainless appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of joe on the balcony that sits off of the kitchen.

This is a great place, very clean and updated. The host was responsive and kind. We didn't have any issues at all. Comfortable and nice with most of the amenities. The kitchen doesn't have a ton of stuff, so we didn't really cook, but we were okay with it since the food is amazing in Savannah!

You will love being so close to Forsyth Park! There is one dedicated (secured, off the street) parking spot which was perfect. Clean, comfortable, great communication with the rental company. Down the street from a grocery store! Full size fridge and all you need if you want to cook or heat up food in the kitchen. There are stairs to get up to the unit so plan to make safe trips up and down the stairs with your luggage/bags. The street faces some very beautiful historic looking homes. We used Uber and Lyft for most of our stay and they will pick/up drop off with no problem at all. Things to remember about Savannah in general: uneven cobblestone sidewalks everywhere so wear comfy shoes and no high heels!

The place was nice but we were without air conditioning for over 24 hours. The owner never responded and the property management team had to get the ok from owner for each step and it took over 24 hours. We finally moved at 9 pm at night which isn’t good. I as an owner of rentals feel you need to prepare for breakdowns and your normal team is out of pocket to let your property management team have the go ahead to make decisions.
