Homey, artsy and glamorous, with the exquisite hand knotted, vegetable died oriental carpets and the fine art, and extensive use of hand carved wood panels. There is also a private patio, which is exclusively yours. The fountain in the patio, surrounded by potted plants.

The living room is large, luxurious and warm with a fireplace (closed for insurance reasons, and plushy newer furniture. The bedroom opens into a private patio garden, is oversized with brilliant hand knotted oriental carpeting, private full bath with travertine stone floor and hand carved decorative panels. Security camera outside by front door.

Extra towels are in the antique small cabinet to the right of the bedroom glass door and extra linens are in the closet by front door. Please reuse towels like you would at home.

One of the best neighborhood in Savannah with the finest mansions to enjoy on your way to the park or nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The nicest garden in the world (ok, I tend to speak in superlatives!) Can be found going one building to the left, turn right in Hall street, then look to your right between the mansions till you see the huge oak tree shading a pond with stunning landscaping design . It has such breathtaking charm. The magnificent house to the left of the garden is almost an afterthought!

Walking is the best. Leave your car in the free parking space in the back. 606 A clearly marked. Please walk around to the front and use the front door. The back door is of course functional and safe but the front door’s electronic lock works much better.

Equipped with High speed wireless internet and amazing Roku 4K TVs. Both the king size bed in the bedroom and the pull out sofa bed has the newest high-end self-cooling mattresses which are extremely comfortable!

There are security cameras outside the front and back doors

Very private home with no shared spaces or entry ways.
QUIET PLEASE: After 10pm other guests may desire to sleep and so all across Air B n B it is required to be respectful. Be kind to others in this way and the courtesy surely will surely be return to you.


CARE: Please care for the expensive furniture and authentic wool oriental rugs by not spilling your drinks. If it does happen, please blot immediately with paper towels to absorb the excess and message me the host so I can make arrangements to prevent a stain from setting. Failure to do this will result in my being unable to keep my prices so low and possibly result in an insurance claim with Air B n B if the stain cannot be removed. No one likes sitting on stained furniture or seeing stains on beautiful carpets or decorative flax/lace pillow shams. Please help safeguard the pleasure of future guests by taking extra care in this way.


PETS: By allowing pets I specifically mean one non-shedding dog, no cats. Could you make sure your dog is groomed and their nails ground so as to not damage the furniture or linens. Blot only please and immediately report any accidents so I have a chance of removing the stains by a skilled knowledge of stain removal. Please don’t try to remove the stain, only blot with paper towels. Please bring a crate if you plan on leaving your pet unattended and please keep your pet off the bedding and furniture

TOWELS: Please only use what you need, reusing towels as you would at home. There are more on the closet shelf. Please don`t remove make up using any of the white towels as any linens with stains are not usable for future guests.
