La situation. À côté du lac. Voyageant avec un chien nous avons apprécié le petit jardinet de l’appartement.

Many thanks to Alessandra, who welcomed us to the accommodation and was always at our disposal. She took care of us all the time, even when the lifeguard at the pool asked for a swimming cap when we entered, which we didn't have. Alessandra solved everything within 5 minutes. The accommodation is very quiet, while being close to beautiful Sirmione with Jamaica beach and lively Desenzano with many restaurants and shops. The seafood restaurant recommended by Alessandra was excellent. Thanks Alessandra, your services made our stay unforgettable. Sonia

☑️היה מזגן רק בסלון והוא היה חלש. כשפנינו לבעלי המקום בנושא, לא טיפלו בבעיה. בחדר היה חנוק וחם.
☑️זרם המים במקלחת היה חלש וגם כאן לא טיפלו בבעיה כשפנינו.
☑️דלת המקפיא לא נסגרה עד הסוף.
☑️לא עדכנו אותנו מראש:
1) שיש צורך בחבישת כובע ים בבריכה והוציאו אותנו מהבריכה. זה היה מאוד מביך.
☑️ ארונית הנעליים בחדר מקלחת היתה פגומה- בכל פעם שנכנסנו לשם, הדלתות נפלו
2) שיש להצטייד בנייר טואלט נוסף, היינו 3 וקיבלנו 2 גלילים ל-7 לילות וכשהסברתי לנציגה שיש לי מחלה כרונית, היא אמרה שתעשה את הטוב ביותר לעזור לי וכלל לא עשתה דבר או דאגה לפתרון או מתן עזרה.
3) שיש כפתור לפתיחת שער הכניסה לבניין ומכיון שגילינו זאת רק כשעזבנו את הדירה (כי המחליפה של אותה נציגה הראתה לנו), נאלצנו כל הזמן להגיע לשער ולפתוח אותו באמצעות המפתח.
4) ה- Wifi נתקע לנו כל הזמן
