Property is in a quiet residential area, but close to the lake (5 minutes walk away). Location is a great base for exploring the southern end of the lake; popular locations are just a few minutes drive away, and others are less than an hour away. Sirmione is about 10 minutes away and well work a visit.
The property is clean and tidy with all the amenities you would typically find at a holiday home. Owner lives upstairs but you wouldn't know it as he is quiet and keeps out of the way.

This lovely, comfortable property is well located steps from the lake and a very short walk to shops, bank and restaurants. We enjoyed fine weather and Massimiliano is a wonderful host! Facilities included everything we needed and we would absolutely return for a longer visit.

Die Kommunikation mit Massimiliano war einfach und unkompliziert. Sehr feindlicher und warmherziger Empfang. Er war sehr entgegenkommend was die Check-In und Check-Out Zeiten anging.
Stand mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Seite und half wo er konnte.
Die Wohnung selbst ist super gelegen und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und es ist sehr sauber.
Nur zu empfehlen!
