The flat is close to the city center. Within walking distance of everything you need and transport stops. It's good and clear inside. Enough furniture inside. Convenient full-fledged electric stove. There are almost all the necessary utensils. Quite a roomy refrigerator. Clean, new air conditioner in each room.
Parking is a tricky task - not impossible, but be ready. All the flats where I have lived in the last few times never had either a floor rag or a broom; this one is no exception. If you are living longer than the 2 nights you want to clean your mess. The toilet near the kitchen is not the best decision. The kitchen hood was more likely not working than working.
I really missed a wooden spatula for cooking. The bed was great, but the pillows were empty.

The hosts (Aleksandar and Tamara) were very attentive, the property was very clean and presentable.
The only downside is the property does NOT have a washing machine. You MUST RESERVE parking after securing property separately!

It’s a recently renovated flat with decent equipment in a reasonably central location
They only accept cash, which wasn’t clearly communicated during booking. The owner claimed it was mentioned in the hidden ‘policy’ section - hardly noticeable, especially upon arrival. Finding a fee-free ATM in Belgrade was nearly impossible, wasting hours and costing about 5% in exchange and commission fees in the end. With many similar cashless options available, I wouldn’t have booked this had I known.
