The apartment host, Mladen, was very helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to guide me through my stay in Belgrade. The apartment was impeccably clean, comfortably warm, and very cozy. It is located in a quiet street in the center of Belgrade. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Due to particular aspects of Serbia, keep in mind, the payment would need to be in cash. It's inconvenient, but that's out of control of the host.

Everything was excellent.
Parking place was a little problem. We solved that problem.

The communication with the owner was good. We were able to arrive later than normal, at about 20:30. As the reservation needed payment on the place, we needed to send 50% via Bank, but because of the big taxes to Serbian banks, the owner decided to not make us to pay more, so we were able to pay all when we arrived, in EUR currency. The owner recommended us a restaurant nearby which was really good. We enjoyed the food there.
The dust bin in the toilet was not emptied from the previous visitors. The floor was also very dirty.
