There was rubbish under the sofa as a personal belonging was dropped and as it was found there was a lot of rubbish under and crumbs. Wonky leg on living room chair as it was sat on it didn’t feel very safe and felt as thought it could collapse.

Nice place to stay
Clean, comfortable house with washer & dryer so we could do laundry! Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs which was convenient.
All bedrooms up flight of stairs which was difficult. One person slept downstairs on the couch which worked out…

Comfortable & cosy accomodation - highly recommended
The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable & we were able to park outside the property. The area is quiet, so we slept very well. Having two bathrooms is a definite bonus. It's well-situated - just a pleasant stroll to the centre of Conwy. The secure yard was great for our dog and there's a park across the road where we could let her off the lead. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book Fern Villa again. Highly recommended.
Just a few (very minor) gripes... There was a washing up brush, but no sponge or cloth to wipe surfaces down. Presumably an oversight. A bread knife would be useful too.
