A great location, less than 10 minute work into town. The house was quiet, spacious, comfortable and well equipped which was great for a damp weekend in November.
Car parking was for only one car and felt quite a tight fit. Our second car had to park on the street (which was OK). A couple of dishes had been cleaned that well by the previous occupants,

Great location, nice big house with lots of space. Clean with towels provided and extras like loo paper, dishwashing liquid and kitchen roll. Beautiful view of the castle from one of the rooms.
Not great instructions for parking and there was someone parked in our space on one of the days. It could be clearly marked where we should park (maybe a number on the fence/gate) especially as the drive is very steep and there isn't much room to manoeuvre at the top. Arrived to find a massive dog/fox mess in the garden.

The house is a lovely late Victorian property. It was bright, spacious and comfortable. Lovely views of Conwy Castle. The terrace was lovely to sit on and the gardens were wonderfully green and provided privacy.
The beds were comfortable although the pillows could do with replacing.
The house was rather grubby and could do with decorating. The showers tended to cut out or were scalding - not safe for children. Some of the pans in the kitchen could do with replacing.
