Lovely place to stay .

It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom furnishings were lovely and bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet and although its on a main road it wasn’t noticeable. We enjoyed the 10 minute stroll through the park at back of property which leads to the castle and town. Conwy is very dog friendly.

We would have liked a couple of footstools to make the small settees more comfortable.

Second to none for hospitality - Christine is slaying it!

The property was very lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owner Christine goes above and beyond to make sure you want to return! All of her guests are provided with tea, coffee, fresh bread and butter - she also provides fresh milk and cakes! And everything else you might need for a stress free stay. The location was perfect for Conwy castle and the surrounding areas with just a ten minute walk to the castle itself. It is a very friendly area for families and their dogs.

The stairs are steep but didn’t really pose much of a problem.

Hugely enjoyable from start to finish.

The location was excellent. All the facilities together with fixtures and fittings were of the highest quality. The host was extremely helpful. Free parking to the rear was a real bonus.

A useful, comfortable location for a short stay for one or two people.

The location was ideal. It was possible to walk into Conwy centre for meals/sightseeing. Walks along the estuary and to the RSPB reserve were also highly accessible. Having a free car park to the rear of the property was a boon. The green space park is definitely necessary when travelling with a pet as the property has no green outdoor space at all. The host supplied a generous welcome pack and access via keybox was straightforward although it was tricky to close. The cottage was scrupulously clean with a generally well-equipped kitchen.

Had I been staying longer I would have missed a dishwasher and washing machine; this property has neither. Choices do have to be made with a cottage as bijou as this! However it was ideal for a short break for 1 or 2 people. I did really miss an icebox in the fridge; just a small one would have sufficed to re-freeze blocks for the cool bag while travelling home again or to store ice. Conwy generally lacks EV chargers and there is no way to recharge at the property because of parking limitations.

Beautiful break in the gorgeous places Of Wells.

Everything within the property and around was just perfect . There is all you need for short or long stay . Very well equipped, clean , comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Conwy centrally located cottage

Spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities and in a perfect location for Conwy town centre. Nice welcome pack from the owner. Parking on street at front or a small car park to rear. Small local shop 30 yrds away.

Well located and tastefully renovated cottage which we enjoyed

The renovation has made the most out of a small cottage, by making a living/cooking/dining space and shower room on the ground floor with a bedroom and dressing room on the first floor . The house was spotless and well provided with cooking and eating facilities. The host thoughtfully provided us with a loaf, milk, butter and some cream cakes. Very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked very well. It was well located with an easy 10 minute walk into the walled town to see the castle and main sights. Conwy is a great place for a couple of days, and this fitted the bill very well. The tv allowed digital services.

There were a couple of things. We are en older couple and though fairly mobile, found the steep stairs and lack of a loo upstairs were not ideal. We also found the sofas uncomfortable to sit on when we wanted to out our feet up and spend time watching tv. It might not be a problem for younger, more active couples who don’t want to spend a lot of time in the sitting area.

Everything..location perfect ..10 mins from centre..property so clean and tidy.. everything you could possibly need..with a few extras thrown ..fresh bread and butter as well as choccy eclairs ..so pleased we booked it..

Brilliant Stay

I enjoyed everything a lot. The communication before and during my stay was brilliant. The owner is so kind and a wonderful person and went above and beyond for me. The cottage is in a brilliant location which is central for Conwy but also peaceful and quiet. It is very spacious and immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed too along with a Smart TV to enjoy apps whilst staying in the cottage. Very generous welcome items and I would love to come back and stay again as testament to this place and how much I enjoyed staying.
