Brilliant stay and excellent value for money

Location, everything works! Clean, equipped. Great comms, good accomodation.

The shower water kept overflowing to the bathroom. Perhaps can add a shower curtain. Mattress too soft.

Overall a quiet and cosy, clean cottage close to Conwy .

The property was in a quiet side street and was clean and had easy access. There was very good parking opposite the house and we were able to use the local shop and fish and chip shop which were close by. There was a good amount of cutlery and china available. The owner responded quickly and efficiently to our problem with the heating. A 20 min walk from the town allowed us to explore the sights without having to use the car.

The downstairs bathroom needs to be mentioned in the house details as this can be a game changer , especiallly trying to get downstairs on a steep staircase at night. A blind in the recess of the main bedroom would be great , as the duvet grabs the curtains as you try and go past the bed and the curtains are then left gaping . As mentioned before the shower tray allows water to leak onto the floor - so perhaps needs attention. Finally a guest info pack would be ideal with essential info about hospitals, doctors , bus services and take aways .

Great house for a relaxing family getaway.

Lovely little house. Fully equipped kitchen and living area. Nice shower. Comfy beds and the sheets smelt lovely. Excellent location! Free and easy parking. Chippy, park and castle right next door. The host was very kind and exceptionally helpful. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

A compact but comfortable base in a quiet and convenient location.

This was a lovely, compact property with the added bonus of a parking space. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Given the hot weather we were glad of the small outside space too. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes in the smaller bedroom and useful hanging racks in the double bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for our long weekend stay. The host responded immediately to any queries and we appreciated the Prosecco left in the fridge! The quiet location was perfect for our needs. It was a manageable walk into the centre of Conwy [20 minutes or so] and there was a small convenience store plus fish and chip shop at the end of the road. An easy drive to Bodnant Gardens and other places of interest. Would definitely consider staying again.

There was nothing to dislike. The photos gave a very accurate picture of what to expect. We knew the bathroom was on the ground floor and the stairs were relatively steep when we made the booking. Not a huge problem for us, but might be something that others would want to consider. Neither bedroom was spacious - again, not a complaint, just an observation. We only needed to use the double bedroom and it was perfectly comfortable, although the mattress was much softer than we're used to. I imagine that the bunk beds in the smallest room are best suited to young children rather than adults. A small table would've been useful, but we managed ok with the stools/breakfast bar even though it was a relatively small space for eating.

It was very cosy and just a nice little property. In amazing location and next to a little shop.

It was mostly clean. However when we arrived I had to clean to fridge as some milk had spilt.

There were basic facilities. Pillows and mettresses were good. Shower in the bathroom is really good

Space of the rooms. Bunk beds were wobbely. Blanckets were not comfy. In the bathroom expected to have some soap but there were only hand wash. In the kitchen therewere not a sponge to clean the dishes and hand wash

the property was ideally located 15 minutes walk from Conway centre. A general store was literally less than a minute around the corner as was the superb chip shop!! parking space was immediately opposite.

Good value in a convenient spot.

Property was well sited and, although not made clear to us, it turned out that there was parking across the road from the house. House was newly refurbished and consequently in a very good state of repair.

Steep staircase to bedrooms would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Toilet was downstairs. No bedding was provided for bed/settee. Plate drainer had to stand on worktop so needed a tray underneath to avoid damage to nearby items.

Cosy 2 bedroom whole house

Great location about a 5 to 10 minute walk from Conwy Castle and town. Kitchen and living space really modern and has all the amenities. Really nice powerful shower. Place was really clean. Beds lovely and comfortable and there was a nice sitting area outside which was great to sit and relax. We had a lovely relaxing time in North Wales and the accomodation complemented and really helped us yo ha e enjoyed our stay.

Property was great, I love the location and also the house has all the amenities to offer. Whether you’re traveling by your car or train, the location is really commutable, and also the market and bay area is a short walk through the lovely landscape. The host is very friendly and amazing person, they will do their best to offer you for your comfortable stay. If you’re traveling around the North Wales, I would recommend making this place as your base and then travel to all places as a day trips. Best Wishes.

it was very comfortable ,clean and equipped with everything we needed . the beds very comfortable and proximity to the town of Conwy and other historic sites was fabulous . Parking was easy . Tony the host was exceptional and answered any queries straight away .Great to come back to after a long day sightseeing . We walked into Conwy one evening via a short cut shown to us by a local to have dinner . xx
