Very cold
The heating didn’t work in the twin room and then stopped all together on New Years Day. I called the emergency number for assistance but despite a response text saying that I would receive a call within 20 minutes, still nothing 36 hours later!

We had a great weekend at the lodge and would stay there again.
The location was perfect for us as we were attending the conwy half marathon. The house was clean and tidy with plenty of homely comforts.

Nice , clean property , hard to use as an actual house , if you have small kids then very difficult
It was a very nice , clean house
No dryer , in fairness it said it only had a washer , but only one small clothes horse and no washing line meant laying clothes on the radiators etc , kitchen layout hard for more than one person to be in there cooking , no counter top space , very small freezer , WC in the entrance hallway , yoga skills required to use , bath in bedroom by window very nice for the Instagram but not practical for everyday use of window , opening curtains etc , dining room chairs look and feel like garden furniture , gas fire hard to figure out and unreliable to start , a separate microwave would have been better than the oven/microwave combo

Pans dirty , no instructions for gas fire . No instructions for heating or explaining there was a hive and where it was located . Couldn’t open any windows. No coffee machine as stated in description and picture.

Very nice place, great location. Well furnished. Very cozy place with a great garden. Amazing place.
Could do with some basic cooking material like salt, sugar, oil in the kitchen. Nearby stores were closed by the time we arrived. Some board games like scrabble would have been great addition. Also lack of shower facilities in all bathrooms . Only 1 shower facility was slightly problematic.

The house was absolutely stunning! Each of the social spaces were perfect for a group of people to congregate and socialise without feeling claustrophobic. The kitchen was well equipped, which saved us a tonne of money on eating out. The location was also perfect! We used the house as a gateway to many areas of north wales.
Parking was a little difficult but not a problem.
