Perfect communication and help whenever we needed it. The rooms are by far the best we've seen in huaraz and the beds are extremely comfortable

Very friendly staff, they helped a lot with arranging tours and transportation. The hotel is quiet and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is freshly prepared every day. Location is a short walk away from plaza de armas. Highly recommend!
